Payment Information

We ask that fees are paid at the end of the session by card or cash. We accept all major cards except AMEX.

We can invoice the following insurance companies directly: AXA PPP and Bupa UK. Please provide us with your membership number and authorisation code at your first appointment or when you book your appointment. If you do not, we ask that you pay and a receipt will be issued to claim the money back.

If you are insured by other companies, we ask that you pay and a receipt will be issued the same day to allow you to claim the money back as soon as possible. With most insurance companies, this can be reimbursed within 1-2 days.

Please note: We charge a fixed fee of £10 for any additional letters that are required for workplaces, insurance companies or schools. This charge does not refer to standard GP/consultant letters or further treatment request forms, which come under our treatment prices.

Clinic Policy

The clinic reserves the right to a cancellation and non-attendance policy.

If appointments are cancelled within a 24-hour period, the session will still be charged for. If we are able to fill the cancelled slot, we will waiver this charge.

Non-attendances will always incur a 100% charge.

We understand that life can be unpredictable and we will always take this into consideration. However, late or missed appointments will mean that others may miss an opportunity to have their injury looked at.

Those with pre-authorised sessions through AXA or Bupa UK will lose a session if cancelled late or missed.

" Due to an ankle injury not getting any better over time, I was recommended Wimpole Physiotherapy clinic, having never experienced Physio before. The clinic is easy to get to being quite central, well decorated and Annika is amazing. We went through my injury and how I was getting on now, and tested what i was able to do my my ankle. I have had a few sessions now and I can really feel the swelling finally going down (which has been there for 6 months!) and my range of motion in the ankle has improved so much as well that i can finally wear heels again! The exercises to do in my own time are very well explained in the sessions and also in the programme itself.
